Keith Megraw began his healtcare career with Humana, Inc. in 1980, where he helped start its Health Insurance Division in 1983. He progressed to management positions in sales and marketing before joining an independent agency in 1988. He began Health Insurance by Design in 2003.
Karen Megraw began her healthcare career at Floyd Memorial
Hospital and Health Services were she worked in medical records, personnel and
the administrative offices. She was the Assistant to the President when
she resigned her post in 1992 to raise her three children.
